Service Description

An online workshop for pregnant women and partners to explore their birth options. Natalie & Claire will use their combined experience as doulas, teachers and mothers themselves to discuss where and how you wish to birth. We will cover the topics of home birth, compared to a hospital birth, the pressure of induction, pain relief options, different ways of birthing so that you can feel more informed and able to make the right decisions for you, and your baby. Whilst illustrating the advantages of having a home birth, they will also discuss the realities, practicalities and safety aspects of the process. Come and explore your birth choices with women who have a wealth of experience helping woman prepare for birth, in this informative and encouraging, interactive workshop. We aim to empower you with knowledge, give you confidence, help you navigate the system and make sure your birth wishes are respected. To help you feel relaxed and ready for when your time comes. This is an informal workshop, a chance for you to ask us questions.
